All Tailwag Software policies, prices, offers and availability are subject to change without notice. Policies, prices, offers and availability stated on this website supersede those stated in distributed program files or help files, if different.

Technical support: Technical support is provided by email only.

Switching Operating Systems: We do not offer technical support for switching operating systems.

Upgrading, updating: Always be sure to check the website first for current instructions and upgrade costs, if any. We basically use a common sense approach. If the upgrade is significant, taking considerable time and effort to produce, we might very well charge an upgrade fee.  For most minor updates, we do not.  We do not guarantee compatibility with future, unreleased operating systems, nor do we guarantee that an upgrade will be available for future operating systems.

Refunds: Tailwag Software will refund the purchase price within 30-days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the software.
